We provide end-to-end payroll management, compliance support, taxation services, and relatedbusiness solutions as agreed in the service contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely employee and financial data.

• Ensure internal approvals before submitting payroll inputs.

• Notify us promptly of any changes in employee or company information.

3. Service Deliverables

• Accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance filings.

• Confidential handling of all client and employee information.

• Timely reporting and updates as per agreed timelines.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security

We maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard all sensitive information using secure systems and protocols. Client data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law

5. Compliance & Legal Responsibility

We ensure statutory compliance based on the information provided by the client. The client is responsible for the accuracy of data submitted

6. Payment Terms

• Service fees will be invoiced as per the signed agreement.

• Payments must be made within the agreed timeline.

• Late payments may attract penalties or service suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or errors arising from incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information provided by the client.

Our liability is limited to the extent of fees paid for the specific service.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice (usually 30 days), subject to settlement of all dues and obligations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Amendments

Kee Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at anytime. Clients will be notified of major changes.
